This Geographical Triangle can be roughly outlined on a map by connecting Miami, Florida; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the Bahamas, an island chain off the coast of the United States. Readings on directional devices do not operate normally inside the triangle.

Many of these disappearances involve a level of mystery which are often popularly explained by a variety of theories beyond human error or acts of nature, often involving the paranormal, a suspension of the laws of physics, or activity by extraterrestrial beings. An abundance of documentation for most incidents suggests that the Bermuda Triangle is a mere legend built upon half-truths and tall tales from individuals who sailed the area, then later embellished on by professional writers.

Christopher Columbus (1451–1506) noted in his log about the unusual events in this area that his compass readings were askew within the area now called the Bermuda Triangle, and he and his crew were confused by shallow areas of sea with no land nearby at his the first voyage to the New World back in 1493.

What is the Secret of the bermuda Triangle?

It is reported that around the area where the Bermuda triangle is located, there are vast fields of methane gas. Scientists have conducted experiments to prove that if a bubble of methane gas is large enough, it has the capability of sinking an entire ship because it decreases the density of the water. They also explained that the resultant wreckage might have floated up to the surface but almost immediately it would be swept away by the furious Gul Stream.

It was discovered that methane gases (which is lighter than air) randomly gets released in this area. When it is released the bubbles from this gas can instantly sink ships, make planes fall, and make navigation systems go heywire.
